Ferrous supply, handled end to end.

Six connected capabilities that carry your ferrous scrap from first enquiry to a weighed, documented consignment at your furnace door.

01

CRC Baled Scrap

High-density, low-residual sheet

Cold-rolled coil baled scrap, hydraulically baled to a consistent density with minimal coating and rust. A high-yield charge material for SG (ductile) iron and grey iron melts.

Hydraulically baled to a consistent density
Low residual content with minimal coating
Uniform bale size for faster charging
Traceable to the originating press shop
02

Sheet Cutting Scrap

Clean busheling, sized for charge

Sheet cutting scrap trimmed from cold- and hot-rolled sheet processing, sorted to remove contamination and prepared as uniform busheling for direct furnace charging.

Uniform cutting size, free of oversize
Segregated from painted and coated sheet
Low moisture and minimal oil content
Suited to induction and cupola charging
03

Press Shop Offcuts & Punchings

Screened and prepared offcuts

Punchings and offcuts collected from stamping and press lines, screened to remove fines and flash and de-oiled before dispatch so your melt chemistry stays predictable.

Collected from OEM stamping and press lines
Screened to remove fines and flash
De-oiled on request before dispatch
Supplied baled or loose, to your preference
04

Grading & Inspection

Every lot checked before dispatch

Each lot is inspected, segregated by grade and cleared for contamination before it leaves the yard. Where your process requires it, we share chemistry data from our partner laboratory.

Lot-by-lot visual inspection at the yard
Segregation by grade and source
Partner-laboratory chemistry on request
Retained sample reference per consignment
05

Logistics & Delivery

Pan-India road and rail

Road and rail dispatch across India with GPS-tracked loads and weighbridge slips, scheduled around the delivery windows that suit your melting plan.

Pan-India road and rail dispatch

How it runs

The same five steps on every site.

01

Enquiry & Grade Discussion

Tell us the grade, tonnage and delivery schedule you need. We confirm availability and quote the same day.

02

Sourcing & Aggregation

Material is collected from press shops, sheet processors and OEM stamping lines across our supplier network.

03

Inspection & Grading

Every lot is inspected, segregated by grade and checked for contamination before it is accepted into the yard.

04

Baling & Preparation

CRC and light-gauge scrap is baled to density, while busheling is sized and de-oiled where your process requires it.

05

Weighing, Documentation & Dispatch

Each consignment is weighed, documented with a slip and GST invoice, then dispatched to your foundry.

Start with a single grade.

Share the grade, tonnage and destination you have in mind, and we'll confirm availability, pricing and a delivery window the same working day.
